Booking Information
Minimum Notice
Please book at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability and allow us to create the perfect experience for you.
Last Minute Bookings
Need something sooner? We may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings with a premium fee. Contact us to discuss availability.
General Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 7 days before your event. All packages include setup, styling, and breakdown. Additional services can be customized to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations 14-29 days before receive a 25% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available with no penalty if done 14+ days in advance, subject to availability.
